How much is the call-out fee?

The call-out fee is R500. That covers the technician coming to your home anywhere in Gauteng and doing a full on-site diagnosis. Once they have found the fault, you get a clear price for the repair before any work starts.

Do you repair at my house or do I drop the appliance off?

Everything is done on site at your home. The technician brings the common spares, diagnoses the fault in front of you and, in most cases, fixes it on the same visit. There is no need to disconnect or transport anything.

Book before midday on a weekday and we can usually offer the same afternoon or the next morning. Book after midday and we will line you up for the next day. The technician phones first to arrange a time.

You tell the assistant what the appliance is doing and answer a few short questions. It gives you the most likely cause and a rough price band so you know roughly what to expect. The exact price always comes from the technician once they have seen the unit.
